Calendar of Events for 2017

The highlight of this year will be the “Mary Rose” weekend in Portsmouth, from 2-4 June. If you have not yet booked your place, whether for the whole weekend or just the black tie dinner and special tour of the “Mary Rose” on Saturday 3 June, please contact Sue Rees and she may be able to fit you in.

The Society is sorry that visits to Buckingham Palace and the previously advertised Ghost Walk around Hampton Court Palace could not go ahead. Historic Royal Palaces have recently changed their policy on Group visits and their prices for groups of more than 10 people are now out of our league. We hope that they may change their minds in future.

However, there are still some great experiences being planned and we look forward to telling you more about short notice events – such as the recent West End theatre trip - as we go through the year. Here is an indication of the calendar for 2017 so far......
